Where does my money go when I add money to my WikiPay account? Is it safe?

Your money is held at Metropolitan Commercial Bank, member FDIC. Your money is as safe in this institution as any other bank in the U.S.

How much money can I hold in my WikiPay account?

The maximum amount of money that you can hold in your WikiPay account at any given time is $10,000.

How soon is my money available to use?

When you receive money from an account with cleared funds or you load money with your credit/debit card, your money is available immediately. When you load money from your bank account, your money is available in 3 to 4 business days.

How soon can I withdraw money from my WikiPay account?

You can withdraw cleared funds from your WikiPay account at any time. Funds typically settle in your bank account the next business day.

What if I lose my mobile phone?

Don't worry, your money is safe. If you get a new phone and keep your number, you don't need to change anything. Wikipay will continue to work on your new phone.

What if I change my mobile phone number?

Simply log into your account and go to Account Settings to update your number.
